Congratulations!  You are so close to saying "YES!" to the Holy Spirit and celebrating the special sacrament of Confirmation!  

All high school Confirmation candidates are required to respectfully and thoroughly answer the following questions for the Bishop.  As per the Archdioceses of Milwaukee, a parish staff member must read all submissions prior to printing and sending them to the Bishop.  If there are questions or more information is needed, you will be asked to submit again.  All questionnaires must be mailed together by the deadline. Please submit the following by 4/10/23.  If the Bishop does not receive answered questions from you with the group, we will help you reschedule your celebration.  It is never too late to celebrate the sacraments.
